Worked perfectly set up was quick and easy Would definitely purchase again

Mounted TV’s and showed me how to work them. Didn’t use it at all after that though.

I haven't used them yet but I'm looking forward to not having to use them as long as there is no problem with The product.

Computer would not power on, not even 1 month out of the box. Have the Extended Warranty, took it back to a "local" (not by my home) BB. They said they have to return it to ASUS, it should be 2-3 weeks. A MONTH later, get the computer back, no charger. Called ASUS. Literally told me, "someone will email you in 4 days". That is UNACCEPTABLE for a 3K laptop ALREADY in for warranty work. On the phone with BB, the FIRST rep tried to help, but she couldn't get the store on the line, AND they don't even sell a compatible charger. Transferred to 2nd rep, told me to do a 3 hour drive back to the store (me thinking: "Are you mad, lady"). Transferred to another rep, can't do anything to help. Transferred to a 4th rep, guy also can't compensate. I'll never buy another ASUS again, and to BB..., I was only buying from you for one and ONE reason alone (Reward Points), now that's not even worth it (after another SILLY issue with a Car Audio Install). You've lost a customer permanently. Just a bunch of BAD... All around..

We always buy geek squad protection when buy items from Best Buy.. they have never let us down! I purchase big electronics only from Best Buy for this reason

It’s nice to know that I’m completely covered for three years and don’t have to worry about not having a computer in case of an accident.

Thankfully havent had to use it with the wifes laptop yet. But itll be worth every penny if i do.

My grandson goes through IPhone screens like they are candy. Knowing that I have the Geek squad in my corner for his new laptop definitely gives me a sense of relief!

I hope I never have to use the protection plan but if I do I know it’ll be worth it rather than having to pay for the all the repairs in it out of pocket.
