Better to have it and not need than need it and not have it..

Never had a problem with Geek Squad so I had to make sure my items are protected.

I paid 3 years Greek squad protection for accidental damage. I visited three geek squad for at least 3 times and they were unable to do anything for me. They made me purchase more items which never fixed my problem. Later they asked me to leave my laptop for 4 to six weeks so they can take it to a third party to fix. Then they told me they will be unable to transfer my data and I have to do it on my own. My question is, why do you sell protection and support of you are unable to do it.

The tech suggested software for my new Chromebook. As I ordered online it wasn't clear what I needed in terms of additional programs.

I have the protection and THANKFULLY (knocking on wood) I havent had to use it, but I am so glad I have it. My brother says it is well worth it.
