If any damages come along the way, I have three years on this protection plan to get my laptop fixed or replaced. I take my laptop on the go most of the time so this plan was worth it for me!

i didnt need to use the protection but when spending so much money on an open box product its nice having the reassurance that they can help if needed

Be Careful guys, Ever since the brought this Total Tech, or what ever they call it now, when you buy something, they try to push is Total Tech thing instead of their regular warranty. Regular warranty in my case was a 3year warranty for a laptop and the total Tech program is only for one year at 179.99+Tax. Almost double of what the 3yr is alone. You'll pay almost double the price. 3yr warranty price totally worth it IMO.

This worked as described, it was simply a warranty for the products I purchased.

If you're a student or a professional and you're going to spend a lot on a laptop or any expensive product I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

Obviously its great to have additional protection for my new purchase

Very glad that we got this with our purchase. It definitely came in handy when we needed it about three months after purchasing it and they were very efficient and helpful.

We noticed several small problems with the laptop we bought so we took it back to Best Buy! The Geek Squad member signed us up. We only had to wait 15 minutes for them to look at our problem laptop. The Geek Squad said that they would have another laptop sent out to us the next day! No questions asked! The 3 Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan paid for itself the moment we talked to the Geek Squad about our problem Gaming Laptop! I would recommend them in a second!!!

The agent helped me get my computer fixed when my computer didn’t wanna scroll, I needed it for school and they got it fixed within a day and got it running better than ever, thank you!

If feels good to know my laptop will be covered through nursing school. My salesman was very nice and he explained all the options. 3 years seemed like the best plan because my program will be 2.5 years.

Let's see how it goes. I have zero display, so could not complete required tasks for this visit. Will they just wipe my system without a care in the world, or will they take care like this was their grannies and make sure nothing is lost.

Chromebook is well manufactured. The purchase price is very reasonable for the use needed. Both of my boys, (middle school & high school ) prefer to use this Chromebook vs. the one provided by their school. I highly recommend this Chromebook for those parents shopping for their kids for school. Lightweight, keypad size and pad, perfect.

Warranty for a Christmas present. My grandkids need the protection.

Ah crap while typing this I spilled a drink on my keyboard typing so fast rattled the cup. No worries this saves you.

I purchased thos protection for this laptop i have not had to use yet but I purchased this protection for my old laptop and had to use it becaise i broke my screen. They fixed my laptop in a timely manner and fixed everything perfectly. This protrction is 100% worth it do not a laptop with out this protection. I literally broke my screen only a couple days after i purchased my laptop and im so happy i did!

A little pricey for something you hope you never use. We’ll see how it works out in the future fingers crossed.

I love knowing that i can use my laptop with peace of mind without constantly having to worry on "what ifs" for damages.
