I haven't had to use it yet for my wife's new Laptop, but it's handy, and They make it right when it's needed. I've bought this before on some items, and BestBuy and the Geek Squad has always worked it out for us. Thanks!

I'm glad I got the warranty since I'm clumsy and a lot of drops and skills occur at home lol and with the warranty the laptop gets replaced for free as long as you can give it to them and they can't fix it, or they'll fix it for you

Perfect product for a computer that is going with my son to college. Dorm life can be crazy. Protection against the probable damage.

I always buy the 3 year accidental damage warranty. I've been buying computers for 3 teenagers, and let me tell you, accidents happen.

Great laptop tablet. Only thing I don't like is the battery doesn't last very long.

Geek squad did a data transfer. But forgot to put in my SIM card from my old phone into my new phone. So I had to make another trip back into the store.

Gives you a little comfort. So that's worth it. Warranties are always pricey. But it that way where ever you go

I have not had to use my protection, but everything that is included I have no doubts I will have any troubles.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

I have yet to need to use my warrenty but if I do I have confidence Geek Squad will make good on there end.

I had this in my previous laptop and it was a life saver. Turned in my laptop after a year and a half for blue screen issues and it couldn’t be fixed so I ended up getting an upgrade with their junk out process.

I was having an issue with my laptops audio while playing youtube but now everything is running smooth!

There are certain things I buy the geek squad protection on - and it's usually on the expensive ones. Worth it to me for being a klutz and with small children who can damage anything at the blink of an eye.

this is a good option protection after the manufacture warranty expires, protects you for anything can happen during the normal use, the bad thing is that even they sell is international is not. just not easy to have the protection on a trip or international travel, yuhae to wait until you come back to USA

Highly recommend, a bit pricey. However, you never know when you will need to really use it.

I will love to see how can cover my cámara is not working not more from not where so I will go today and see what they can do ☺️ because I need it for my online classes
