I've purchased and used this plan for a laptop years ago. It got me a new harddrive that was replaced in 1 day at no cost to me. I also appreciate that the rep didn't make any attempts to render my claim invalid like most companies do.

I always buy the Geek squad service with my electronics and I'm so glad I do. My laptop's battery clasp broke and they replaced it. The agents were wonderful. They helped set up the replacement. All this was done within an hour.

I always buy protection with my devices and honestly, BestBuy does not disappoint. When I have issues, they do everything in their power to get it fixed. You will not regret it!

On expensive purchases, I always supplement my manufacturer's warranty with a best buy one. They are great to have and hopefully be something you never need.

The agents set up my computers for my business. My previous computer stopped working and they were able to set up my system. Great attention to detail. Great experience working with them. They also provided in office asssitance for any computer issues.

I'm really clumsy so this def comes in handy and I feel safer with it.

TOTALLY worth it!!!!! Just when you think you wont need it, life happens and it is totally worth having that backup!

Though I haven't had to use it yet, I have always trusted the Geek Squad for several years and they transferred all data and programs from old to new laptop successfully.

I had one month left on my 2-year protection plan and my laptop screen started flashing. I immediately took it to Geek Squad and they sent it out for repairs. Everything came back as good as new so I’m so thankful I had the protection plan!!!

The benifits are really there!!! I broke my phone and I'm sure that happened but I am so happy I had insurance on it because all I had to do was to pay the deductible and I got a new phone. $50 deductible is all I had to pay for a new phone. I would never buy an electronic product without

I think this is for Geek Squad Protection. I'd that is correct, then u highly recommend it. It has proven very beneficial to me!

Returned a very expensive HP Spectre. Ultra book. Within 48hours the response was a full replacement was needed. They put in an order for a replacement which has to be shipped in as the store was out of stock. definitely take out the extra protection plans. Appreciate the reasonable response time.
