The greatest computer I have owned wouldn't ask for nothing better

The team was really friendly and very knowledgeable and able to support me bu identifying the problem with my computer

I had purchased a lot of electronic devices through Best Buy and I always believed in them and the services they provided. But a year ago I purchased this computer and everything was ok until the 11th month after my purchased. The computer started acting crazy and it was not responsive at all. I took it to the closest Best Buy and Geek Squad agent checked it out. They told me "they were going to check". The same night they called me back saying the computer have nothing. Next day I went and showed the agent the many videos I took of the computer. They told me they will send it out. Well, I wait 4 weeks,( just enough time for my Geek Squad Protection to expire ), then they called me saying it was ready that it was a problem with the LCD and they have replaced, I do not know what is the relationship between display and system crashing and computer acting slow. So I took it home and tried to download a game and the computer is acting worst than ever. Well played geek squad, from now on I will purchase my devices elsewhere because I do not trust best buy services anymore. Do not purchase the Geek squad protection, they will take your money and do nothing when your device have a problem!!!

3 years is the best deal and protects my computer from accidental damage.

I've only had to use this warranty once with a microwave. I had no problems and received a replacement immediately.

I got a great deal on a Laptop! It has been a long time since I set up a new computer so I had the Geek Squad do it for me. They were right there at Best Buy and did a wonderful job. Thank you Geeks and Best Buy! I know I will get any help I need and you are just ten minute away.

Haven't Had the Need For This Yet, ALTHOUGH it Seems My Laptop Audio Jack Port Isn't Working , So I'll Bring It In Sometimes And Hope They Can Fix It. It's an expensive Laptop So Accidental Protection Is A Pretty Good Idea For Me

this is a great service for the items always buy insurance on my items at best buy.

Purchased plan for computer and have not used it yet but I must say that I feel safer just having it after what happened to the last computer we purchased. Have been very happy with Geek Squad protection in the past.

Have not used this. However, a few years back I spilt an entire cup of coffee on my new dell computer. Split the usb plug-ins I bought this protection in case I did something dumb again. Lol

Haven’t used my Geeksquad protection yet but it’s great to have to insure that your item will be very well insured if it’s a accident that occurs

Bought this for my daughter for gaming and school she couldn't be happier.I do recommend having the warranty for piece of mind for a great price.
