This was purchased for a friend. She needed a new laptop and protection and geek squad is the best out there in my opinion.

Geek squad all day just purchase it for my protection with the kids and accidents never used it yet but according to what they would fix and how they go about it seams very good

Great option for major purchases! I no longer worry that my accident prone husband will spill blueberry smoothie on this one... at least for 2 years it will be replaced without large amounts of money out of pocket. Get the warranty or you will regret it!

When you buy insurance you expect this to respond, because here if there are answers as we imagine, I recommend it widely, we should not take it as an expense but an investment. If something happens to your good they are to support you, without hesitation

Geek Squad helped me speed up my laptop after I purchased a new router. My older laptop was slow after the install. It previously worked fine. I havent had any complaints about the geek squad service.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad services yet, however, from experiences of my other family members using them, they are very nice and can solve a variety of issues

Came in handy. I really didn't think that we would need the protection. During a move the computer was damaged. Thanks to the Geek squad.

Geek squad did a fantastic job installing my tv and walking me through the set up. The are always friendly and helpful
