I haven't used this yet but I'm assured to know that I have it if I need it.

It only makes sense to cover our student’s new laptop with a warranty. We don’t anticipate any issues but can rest easy knowing if anything happens, we’ll be able to get it addressed.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams

The Geek Squad Accidental Protection even protects against dropping and fluid spills, which are my two greatest risks. It is well worth the extra protection at a minimal extra expense

Haven't had to use it for this product but it's a comfort to have it in case something goes wrong in the first couple years of ownership. Have used Geek Squad in the past and they've been very helpful.

Geek Squad has saved me many times when I have problems. The total tech package is a great value. I can't imagine not having the protections this offers.

My lab top broke and it was replaced for value that was paid. If the floor value is more than what you paid then they just give you back what you paid.

Bought this coverage for my last computer. Gave the computer to my son and forgot about the coverage. Brought it in for repair, still under coverage, so we paid $0 for repair. You bet I bought the coverage again for my new computer. Best $$$ spent.
