Iv use the squad a few times they always resolved my issue on laptop

We are assured of excellent service with the Geek Squad. We got this extra coverage for our son to ensure that his school laptop will be in great shape.

I always buy the Best Buy warranty, their warranty is the best investment you can buy so you don’t spend unnecessary money in buying the same item if it breaks or no longer works.

Within 30 days of purchase my college student spilled water in her backpack and fried the laptop. She took it to Best Buy and within one week Best Buy replaced the laptop with the identical product. A real lifesaver for my college freshman!

Then from 2 years to 3 years I bought I love the attention n they're right there when I need them I'd buy the 100 year if they had one Great to have this I recommend this 100%

Quick and easy, they answer your questions and you can continue on with your day. I spilled water on my laptop and brought it in without having to deal with to much paperwork or excuses.

I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

So far so good, will have to wait until I break something.

Have not had to use the Greek Squad and hope I don’t have to.

I always purchase this protection especially with computers, TV or game consoles. The protection makes it so easy to replace your items when something goes wrong. In a household of 7 something is about to go wrong. It’s my lifesaver.

This is the one thing you hope you never need and thankfully, I haven't needed it, but glad to know it is there.

The Geek Squad is one of the best purchases I have made at Best Buy. The Squad is always there when you need them - either in store or by phone.

I always make sure I'm covered by the squad protection plan. They have taken care of all my electronic issues. All are very knowledgeable in what they are dealing with. Great customer service!

I think Geek Squad is GREAT! I usually get some type of protection plan through them when I purchase a new item. Things are not built like they use to be.

I have not had a chance to use this yet but if something happens to my grandsons laptop I’m sure it will come in handy.

Loved having this it's the only reason why I buy from Best buy because of the geek squad
