You can never go wrong with Geek Squad assistance. Especially with all that could go wrong with technology nowadays. This was provided along with the gift of a new computer.

I will always get geek squad, they are professional and know what they are doing and they get everything done in a timely matter. It's definitely worth your money.

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

Haven't had to use you the service yet but based on previous experiences with the Geek Squad I expect nothing less than great service.

I haven't had to use yet but, the Geek Squad in Bloomington, Illinois has Always been Great to work with!! They are Well Educated in Computer Technology and Working on Them!!

The best protection plan. It is just to confirm it was awesome.

I use Dell computers exclusively. One of their products, an Alienware desktop, could not be repaired by the Squad. It also couldn't be repaired by Dell without costing an arm and a leg, so I simply bought a new one. Otherwise, the Squad is extremely helpful and they can repair almost anything.

Have to have. I have kids and this is very necessary as I am the clumsy one lmao!

I know it has a warranty just got this for an extra cushion. I have used the squad before they are so helpful.

We have not had to use this yet for this laptop. Over the last several years We had the protection on a different laptop that had a bad water spill. It was fixed very quickly and worked as good as new.very happy with the service.
