The service was outstanding! I haven't had any issues yet with my laptop but they were very helpful with listing all the things they would be able to fix/support if need be.

Definitely worth putting the extra in for geek squad they’re very helpful. It’s nice to know you have the security needed if anything goes wrong. Saves you from stressing!

Excellent protection that i can just take to the store when i need

I buy form Best Buy not for products buy for geek squad . You will not get this coverage any where else in USA . Laptops mobile etc you can get anywhere but not geek squad .excellent tram and product insured

Geek Squad at the store and at the factory were very responsive keep us informed of the inspection and work on our laptop. At the end, a decision was made to replace the laptop.

The agent was helpful and friendly in offering me a geek squad protection plan. They helped me decide which was the best option for me. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Great customer service!

I highly recommend you getting the geek squad protection. I get it on everything I buy from best buy. They have one of the best protection plans, in my opinion.
