I highly recommend this insurance haven’t been able to use it yet lol but it gives a sense of safety!!

Haven't needed it much, but they did resound quickly with a fridge issue and they replaced my fridge at no cost.

I haven't gotten to used this service yet. I bought it when i bought the chrome computer for the kids. I hope to use it before it expires.

I think the geek squad is good but I didn't realize that purchasing it I was still having to pay if I had to have a house visit. So at that point I probably would not have purchased it..

Always purchase extended warranty. If you ever need it , it pays for itself. Great Geek Squad.

This is an inexpensive insurance to protect my lap top just in case of accidental damage. I have cats have been known tovisit my desk so it is good to just be safe.

With all the problems with downloading and adding apps to your phone, computer or tablets, I highly recommend everyone get this plan.

Read the fine print. If they decide, at their discretion, to replace the covered item, rather than repair it, they will issue you a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. However, the fine print states that in that case, their obligations for the extended waranty ar3 fully satisfied. Meaning, while you will get a store credit to buy a new device, your new device will not have the extended waranty. If you want that, you will need to pay for it again again. Basically in my case, i prepaid $309 to allow me to return my defective machine after the return period expired. I have a new machine, but i have no extended waranty, and less storage due to pricing and feature differences for in stock items. The terms stated in the simplified description are misleading and i do not recommend this service.

I like to have a piece of mind that incase something happens to my product that it will be replaced or if possible fixed. I've never had any issues their services so I'm one content customer.

All you need when you buy an electronic from Best Buy. It will save you time and money to repair your device after manufacture warranty has ended. Plus it’s inexpensive.

I renew every year and actually had to use it in 2021. It was a no hassled, no problem fix for Best Buy to help me fix my computer.

Better safe then sorry , gives you peace of mind for worst case scenarios.
