I got this for my wife’s laptop in case anything should happen. Knock on wood I haven’t had anything bad happen yet but I’m glad I have the protection.

Very jappy woth my laptop and my external hard drive

It’s like a hit or miss situation. If u need it, it’s worth the price. If u end up not using it, it’s a waste of money. For me it’s a peace of mind, in case I will have to use it.

It seems like every product that I purchase with the Geek squad service plan needs to be repaired or replace before the end of the plan. This is a great money saver.

I am not a techie and my son managed to remove himself as admin on his account . We tried online stuff but couldn't get the online people to understand our problem. I remembered about the geek squad and took it in. Problem solved! Very helpful and courteous!
