    Guys always get the accidental. I have never regreted the purchase. Best case scenario, you never use it. But, that will never happen. So, get it.

    I never buy a laptop without the protection plan. Bestbuy is really good with taking care of the issue.

    Had an issue with a Dell laptop where the hinge broke. Best Buy had to send out the laptop and it took a little longer then expected but worked out well.
