I love having the Geek Squad protection. It gives me relief that I don’t have to go through a major hassle if I have issues with my computer.

Peace of mind, no worries if anything happens. Fortunately haven’t had to use it.

I just got the one year protection plan, but now I feel like I should have gotten the three year plan. Just so my computer could be protected.

THIS PROTECTION PLAN CAME IN RIGHT ON TIME. YES, IT IS VERY MUCH WORTH THE MONEY.

The best choice for portable laptops, once you drop them it’s to late, last one I dropped was junk, no way to recover data and out the laptop.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

I have used Geek Squad for my former laptop and other devices. I love their speedy service and knowledgeable techs. Definitely recommend them!

happy I got the warranty it was a life saver the looked at it and it was defective they exchanged it right away and set it up for me

Motherboard in my laptop died after four months. Dropped it off at my local BB, was shipped to repair center, and I had it back in my hands within a week.
