Have not had to use this service yet however, we have used the Geek Squad in the past on previous computers and they were awesome!

Worth every penny spent. My daughter dropped the computer and shattered it. They replaced it, no questions asked.

The new technology does not break very often but when it does it can be a huge inconvenience and expense. Geek Squad is a must.

The Geek squad protection is such a good deal. One time of a big virus, or a spill and it's paid for by getting the protection. They had it fixed in a day and a half ! Good deal :)
