This is my third renewal of Geek Squad service. When I go online or go directly to BestBuy store, they are great for getting things running again and also answering questions.

This coverage is good to have if you are clumsy or reckless with your electronics. Keeps you with peace of mind in case of a mistake.

All I can say is that it's great to have this peace of mind! Excellent value!

Greatest value is the 3 yr plan. I bought phones in texas and best buy has good coverage with a 1 time replacement if they can't fix it
