The agents at Geek Squad were very professional and competent. Their interaction helped me to learn more about my laptops.

I used their services and everyone is nice. I had a new person being trained in and she didn't get the notes right and so I had to make multiple trips to the store and all the issues with my computer did not get fixed. I had to come in for another attempt at fixing the issues and now they have my computer again for weeks. It's frustrating and there are other fixing companies that do quicker turn arounds if you don't have the ability to let go of your computer for weeks.
