Never had any problems so never had to use it. Well worth the $$ for the "what if something does happen" and the peace of mind.

They helped me get going on my computer and set it up for me the geek squad is great I have a few friends and family use them a lot.

Computer would not power on, not even 1 month out of the box. Have the Extended Warranty, took it back to a "local" (not by my home) BB. They said they have to return it to ASUS, it should be 2-3 weeks. A MONTH later, get the computer back, no charger. Called ASUS. Literally told me, "someone will email you in 4 days". That is UNACCEPTABLE for a 3K laptop ALREADY in for warranty work. On the phone with BB, the FIRST rep tried to help, but she couldn't get the store on the line, AND they don't even sell a compatible charger. Transferred to 2nd rep, told me to do a 3 hour drive back to the store (me thinking: "Are you mad, lady"). Transferred to another rep, can't do anything to help. Transferred to a 4th rep, guy also can't compensate. I'll never buy another ASUS again, and to BB..., I was only buying from you for one and ONE reason alone (Reward Points), now that's not even worth it (after another SILLY issue with a Car Audio Install). You've lost a customer permanently. Just a bunch of BAD... All around..

Have not used this yet. Computer is for grandson and he is rough on electronics. I like the fact that it covers accidental damage. I'm sure it will pay for itself.

Compared to all other protection plans from other service providers, best buy plans are very expensive. I request them to make it affordable.

Ive used this a few times and is easy to go in and get a new one.

It's always good to protect your devices. For the price you can't go wrong I always protect all my best buy product

this is a great value, you never know when your things will accidently break or get damaged and this protects your purchase.

Basic insurance that covers the basics don't know what else to tell you. Try to get it replaced instead of fixed before they put on unnecessary applications on your device.

For the amount of money I paid for the laptop, and the teenager that will be using it the protection plan was a must!

I love how responsive Geek Squad is. they helped diagnose a problem with my computer. It was not good news but at least they did not charge me for the advice and testing.

I had to use it for a laptop, which got fixed. I appreciate that they don't talk to you like you're stupid. It's worth noticing when not all "techs" are that way.

Worth it....every time I buy a laptop I get the 2 years. Dropped one laptop in 6 years...and it was a quick fix!

Haven't ran into anything super crazy but when something small happens they answer right away and walk me through on what to do!

If your kids have butter fingers or not great at computer stuff this is a must.

I just bought this protection with my new laptop. It sounds great and was recommended to me by a friend who bought it and had to use it and said it was an easy process. I'm hoping I won't need it, but glad it's there if I do.

Bought this as my laptops have a tendency to get broken rarely by my own doing. So hope I won't ever need to use this.

Nice insurance in the event of being hacked or other problems beyond my computer skill set. Have not had to use except for the day one, getting things setup.
