I already submitted a review for the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. I will say this is a must to anyone that purchases a laptop or computer (or any electronic) even if you may not ever use it. It is just an added sense of security to keep you at ease when owning any electronic.

I have leveraged Geek Squad (GS) on numerous occasions and this has been a great addition to having my products and knowing I can count on GS to always be there. Their customer service is great and using them is seamless when associated to my account.

Love having protection just in case there are any damages that are beyond my control & also puts me at ease with possible repair costs!!

Went middle of the road on this rating because I haven’t used geek squad and I’m sure by the time I have a problem my year will be up anyways.

Love the laptop. Love the touch screen. I keep forgetting it has it. If you purchase this you will not be disappointed.

My MSI laptop had a major problem with the fan. It was constantly overheating and the fan was unusually loud. Took it to Geek Squad and walked right out with a laptop working like it’s brand new!

Always worth getting especially if you not tech savy they also come to your home. Helped a lot when mom used, I don’t like how scammer use geek squad to gain access to people computer and hold for ransom.

Have used thisbin the past geek squad has always came thorugh for me!

This protection ended up being a blessing. My daughter's laptop screen accidentally cracked within a month of purchase. The whole machine was marked as not fixable and was replaced at the store with no charge. It took a few hours at the store to actually make this happen but with a good result. Only thing questionable is why my 2 year protection was used completely when only one month was actually used. I could understand taking one year of the protection to make up for the unfixable pc but I think one year should have been reimbursed or put towards the new pc.
