I love the geek squad always there when needed.They are professional.

Absolutely worth purchasing the extended warranty. I have had my laptop for about two months, and my cat accidently jumped onto the screen, cracking it. Took it in to get it fixed and replaced within a week and a half. Great turnaround time and they kept me informed the entire time from shipping out, waiting for new screen, and shipping it back to the store for pickup.

This is great services they are knowlegable and can isntall apps.

I highly recommend that you get extra protection from Geek Squad/Best Buy for your electronics and computers including tablets. You never know what may come about with your electronics and computers and tablets. This particular protection plan is just what I needed because I had a laptop that went bad after 3 months of purchase date. They took the quality time to fix it and I saved big bucks. Don't take it for granted I highly recommend that everyone have a protection plan. Geek Squad agent is awesome and helped me throughout the repair process.

Agents installed our new trash compactor and it fit into previous space provided in our cabinet. They also removed the old trash compactor and loaded it on their truck for us. Agent came out prior to measure space and looked at items that may fit in the area. Extremely helpful. This also provides for warranty on items purchased.

Both agents I worked with were excellent. They were knowledgable, and able to answer every question. AWESOME service.

Geek squad is the best, both at the store and home visit. When my issue could not be resolved at the store, they did an in-home visit and resolved the issue in less than an hour. So grateful I got this protection! They don't mind how many times you reach out for their assistance they are always glad to help.

Geek squad coverage is priced good. Definitely recommend with big purchases.

My new gaming laptop (very expensive) was not working well. Just happened to get the one that had issues, luckily we got the protection on it. After taking it in and Geek Squad did a great job fixing it, it still was having issues in other places. They happily replaced it with a new one and we haven’t had issues since. They were extremely nice and friendly! I know there are times when I have brought items back to other companies and they make you feel as though you are trying to steal from them... I definitely didn’t feel this way with Geek Squad! Thank you!

The Geek Squad protection program is one of the best protection plans I have ever purchased. My computer was damaged, I brought it in my Chromebook and they assisted me with no issues. My computer ended up being lost when shipped back after repair. They made sure to help me get a replacement and showed a lot of empathy. I will always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan.

I purchased Geek Squad Protection with my computer in 2019, I was hesitant because I always feel like I lose money when I get protection plans. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I opened my laptop and the screen was spiderwebbed. I use my computer for school so it had to be fixed. I had anticipated having to pay something for the repair. I was charged nothing and told it was covered. Was a quick, friendly check-in and was emailed a link to watch the progress. I’m so glad I added it and I won’t second guess it again.

Highly recommend especially if you buy your kids electronics. Claims are easy and it will help if needed.

Thankfully this extra warranty was/is available for Chromebooks & laptops for children who are doing their schoolwork from home occasionally & won’t have to bring a school Chromebook home (too small, responsible for replacing if broken, etc). Accidental damage protection is a must for anything I order due to multiple children fighting over everything & ADHD senses ending up breaking too many things. Luckily this covers accidental damage & spills!

Its a good product to add to any device you purchase

I sent my device in twice to get repaired but both times they only did a partial job of fixing my computer. The first time I needed my computer back since I didn’t have time to send it back in again after waiting 6 weeks to get it back since I needed it for my work and studies but the problem was that after having the keyboard replaced the D key on the new keyboard popped out within less than a month but I was not going to send it back to get repaired for that long with the other issue since I urgently needed my computer in whatever shape or form it was in. The second time I sent it in to fix the keyboard issue along with the previous issue but when I received it back after 2 weeks they fixed only the keyboard issue even though I specifically mentioned that they forgot to do it the time before. I asked them to send it back in due to a partial repair despite needing my computer since I’d rather not have to come back a third time for the same issue they missed twice and have currently waited 20 days since the last update on the current status of my computer. Hopefully they’ll either successfully repair the issue or find some other way to resolve this ongoing incident.
