I have always trusted Geek Squad Accidental Protection Plans. While the hope is that I don't need them, I am glad that they are there for when I do.

Easily obtained when in store, employees were more than happy to help, easily added to account, now insured!

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.

This protection makes me have the laptop usage to be real good and we can have this protection plan for good

I have not needed to use this in several years but when I did it was worth the cost upfront. They were able to fix my television with no cost to me. Everything but the outside case was replaced with new parts at no cost to me. Every time I have had to ask them questions they have resolved my issues/concerns in one go.

Love the geek squad. Have not had to use the accidental /damage protection, but get it anyway just in case. Better safe than sorry, as for the regular stuff that geek squad deals with I call and they can usually fix. I strongly recommend especially if purchasing a very expensive computer/laptop.

Most of the time I am on the road working. I am degreed in electronic technology. In the old days I use to fix my computer and call it a day. Know that I am away from home most of the time, I don't have the time to troubleshoot a family member's PC if it stops working. Geek squad has more than paid for itself by fixing a start up issue with my son's computer. Thanks Geek Squad!

I purchased this 1 yr warranty for a new laptop I bought my 10 yr old daughter. Exactly almost 1 year later the screen is cracked and I just made it in time with the warranty. I send it out and they are fixing now. I might get a free replacement if they are unable to fix it. For this reason I always get some sort of warranty on products usually over $500.

I havent needed to use this service but I am so thankful for the opportunity to have it. It is comforting to know the Geek Squad is in my corner.

Replaced less than 3-year old Surface with Lenovo Yoga as the screen was flickering and became strenuous to work. As the warranty ran out on the old, we bought 3-year protection from Geek Squad. I am sure this will be worth it whether or not we need it. In the past, we used the service on iPad key board and Best Buy Geeks made it quite easy to replace the broken ones with new every time.
