A Defining Moment For All, Including Best Buy, The Seller, The Customer/Buyer, And Third Parties Entities/Mfgs. The Protection Plan Coverage, Put All The Eggs Into One Basket. The Most Protective Coverage Is Essential For a Happy Customer to Have a Happy Here After Buyer's Life.

The Geek Squad has a team of extremely knowledgeable staff who are also good with normal people who do not know all of the "tech language" of today. They talk with you to determine/assess your needs/problem and are then able to fix it! Also extremely "people friendly" in the process! A good experience overall!

I bought this plan for my HP laptop. Just 3 months later my touch screen was damaged beyond repair. The Geek Squad protection plan provided me a gift card in the amount of the purchase price to buy a replacement laptop! Yes, I bought another Protection Plan for my new laptop.

So glad the associate talked me into buying this. My daughter step on my laptop by mistake and it was fixed completed with no problems and no extra cost. Truly a life save

Always buy the Geek Squad warranty. Great value for the peace of mind. If Geek Squad can't fix it but something new!

I exchanged my laptop, after one month, because it overheated in sleep mode. Geek Squad was great to get me another at the store that day. They’ve installed my stuff and been there on the phone for me. Love them. Recommend them

Geek squad is the best. Makes me comfortable when my son carries his laptop back-and-forth from his apartment to college. If anything ever happens, no matter what it is with the accidental damage plan. They take care of it. Takes the worry off of having to buy a new one during the plan coverage

If you ever have an accident with your electronics and you do not have geek squad you will kick yourself. The price of protection can be a problem after you plunked down a bunch for your device however when/if something happens you will not regret it.

The word geek is in the title so everything about it is going to be amazing every single time a submit a claim it's handled promptly and efficiently worth every dollar.

The 3 year protection plan was just what I was looking for. I wanted the ease of mind and worry-free plan to go with my laptop.

The service is good and go well if you buy a laptop.

When I first bought my computer I was told about this service and I agreed. I thought I was covered under this plan until I discovered I was set up with The Geek squad total tech support plan that did not have accidental coverage. Not until I took my computer in for repair and was told I was not covered for repair. I had to pay a nonrefundable $85 to be shipped, and told I needed a new mother board for the cost of $600.00. Some of the associates that work in the store do not know their own policies and services well and should be coached on products and what they cover. Its too late to cancel the total Geek squad protection plan because it auto renews annually. I now have the accidental coverage plan after the total loss of my first computer and misrepresentation of the product that was sold to me.

When they come out to the house they are so informative! I've trusted Geek squad for a lot of years now. It was unfortunate that I had to use Geek squad in Canada. Canadian Geek Squad are so nice and quick. I had to pay full price. The Canadians told me that most of their States customers get the US geek squad to cover the cost. Well I didn't get it covered and the US geek squad were rude.

When BB was open they helped with my Dell lap top. However I have problems with chrome book and now have to wait til store reopens. Can’t get any one from store on phone for help AND can’t get geek squad person on phone for help. I’m not computer savy n need help taking parental control off chrome book

Comes in very handy. Definitely get it, unforeseen circumstances require expert advice.

A must have. With kids at home, you have the risk of spilling liquids or dropping the laptop. This covers accidental damage, so go for it.

What a added piece of assurance and somewhat peace of mind. My husband eats, drink and sleeps on our laptop. Crumbs and other debris is on the desk constantly or until I clean up the area. So this …somewhat adds a little a peace of mind of protection.
