The computer has been perfect. Battery life is amazing too!

The agents were able to help me replace a new pc with another. The first one I purchased had Windows S and I could not load apps. Once the exchange, they switched my Microsoft Home and Office over. I am not sure how, but all 3 uses were used up though. It took overnight to finish the job, but it was finished by noon the next day. The wait seems long sometimes.

I had to bring my computer in to get fixed and everyone was very nice and accommodating. There were some communication issues about my computer getting to the service center and it took than I was told. But everyone was super nice at the store. And I was able to get a new computer with no issues.

I love chrome books this is my third one. I’ve been using chrome books for over 20 yrs. The as not yet failed me just right for me on the go and at home.

Nice bundle with a discounted price. Its nice to have a reliable policy that will help repair or troubleshoot because tech is pricey

This agreement was purchased at the same time has the Surface Laptop since it is reliable. To date, it has not been used. However, the confidence and reliability in this agreement created less stress at the time of this investment.

It is great that I really don't have to worry about anything taking my computer anywhere i want to go and if anything happens to it accidentally it is covered which is a huge life saver..... This company is one of the few i always will get the protection plan.

They fixed my laptop made it easy and simple so glad u bought thus protection. I was skeptical but it was wroth every penny

I'm glad I picked a great protection plan, you never know what would happen. Best Buy workers are great explaining the protection plans and is affordable.

I purchased 3 year so let's hope it lasts and they don't cut me off like other times.

I haven’t had to use Greek squad on the new laptop but we did last year I believe it was last year on our washer. They was able to come out right away and was friendly a was able to fix our washer quickly and explained to us what was going on. I would recommend having geek as a warranty

Got 3 years of protection, on my new laptop, and I had use this in the past, Best buy is the best on the insurance programs, when I had used i go to customer service, no questions asked, they just replaced, I have a lot of confidence with Best buy..

The agent i dont remember his name he was the GM of the Logan, UT store though. he was so professional, knowledgable, patient, and made the process so smooth and easy.

I have never had the need to use the warranty with my computer but it is advisable to always have one for any problem

They have been wonderful. Everytime I take something in a computer, laptop, or printer. Very knowledgeable.

I have the peace or mind that I have Geek Squad for anything the warranty wont cover.
