Geek squad rocks get their protection for everything you buy now

This was a gift for my daughter for school work and it works amazing. Haven’t had any problems and if I had any questions geek squad was ready to help

The service plan is great since he is a new user. Getting use to carrying it around to use all the time and knowing he has a protect plan is great

My computer has been having some issues and I'm so happy I purchased the Geek Squad service. While sending a laptop out would take a few weeks too long at this point. I do plan on taking advantage of the service before the three years is up.

I don't even see the point of it. I have a laptop that keeps powering off and on and I don't know if it's the hardware or if it's covered by the 2-Year Accidental Protection.

While I have not had to use the geek squad on this purchase I have used them quite a bit in the past and their services are great. The only thing I would change is the appointments as they don't always keep to the schedule.

Gamers are hard on computers. The Geek Squad had managed to salvage several accidents for us. Brought the three-year protection for the hardcore gamer in the family.

When I went to turn my laptop on, nothing came up. No matter how we tried to get it up and running, nothing happened. Brought it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad checked it out. Seems as though the battery somehow came loose and is working just fine.

I recently had a problem with my Lenovo Yoga 730 laptop. It was not charging the battery so I had to send it in. It was still under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty but I needed it back quick so decided to take it in and let the GEEK Squad take care of me faster! HA! Geek Squad informed me that it would take 6 weeks for them to replace my battery!!! SIX WEEKS!!! Needless to say Lenovo got it back to me quicker (though not the 5 days they estimated - it was almost 3 weeks). I always buy the Geek Squad for my devices but this was my first time ever almost having to use it. I ended up having to buy a cheap computer to get me through so I wasn't computer-less. I'm disappointed in the estimated turn around time I was given by Geek Squad. Other than that I hope I'll never have to use Geek Squad ever, but I figure paying for it is still worth it for a computer that's worth over $1000.

I paid the additional cost for a person to come to the hosue and it was WELL worth it. He did a great job setting up my printer with all my devices in the house. He did it in less than a hour, it would have taken me a couple of hours to figure it all out.

The whole process of getting my laptop replaced was, just that, a process. I had to call geek squad support multiple times talked to multiple different departments, and at the end of the day they didn't even replace my device they just gave me a gift card and I had to buy a whole new computer. Also I find it crazy that I paid for a 3-year geek squad plan only used it for 4 months and got zero reimbursement for the other two and a half years.

Amazing laptop, i had one prevously and it was not so great. It would crash everytime.

I've been very fortunate that my laptops haven't broken down on me. I just bough a new HP Pavilion x360 and it was on the pricier side. Buying this warranty gave me some piece in mind that if something would go wrong or if I spilled coffee on my laptop, I would be protected.

The Product is a great value for the peace of mind. I know that Geek Squad is available for my product.

I bought the Geek Squad protection to cover my new laptop after the manufacture warranty expires I normally pass on this option, but due to the cost of the laptop, I thought I would pay extra for the peace of mind. Is it really needed? I don't know, only time will tell.

I like to make sure I get protection on my expensive investments. The Geek Squad protection plans are BY FAR the best "extended warranty" service I have ever seen till this day. I've never had any issues with bringing something in that broke and them it covering what they promise. Can't say the same for other places....
