Love having the geek squad! Everything I open from Best Buy, is covered by geek squad, they go above & beyond to help in any situation that may arise.

You never know when life throws you curve balls, It's always great to protect your investments. I haven't had to use my geek squad yet but its nice to know I have coverage.

I always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan for all of the products to buy Best Buy. The Geek Squad is very efficient and timely inEnsuring that my product is serviced as quickly as possible so there's no delays in my daily needs

I bought this for a kids computer………..a laptop computer, that is. It’s really really nice to know that if the thing breaks or stops working that the repair or replacement will be covered without any hassle. I’ve had good experiences with Best Buy in the past when it comes to this type of protection plan.

I had to replace my laptop 6 months after purchase. However, once my laptop was replaced, Best Buy canceled my 3 year plan, So, instead of honoring the remaining 2 1/2 years by applying it to the new replacement, if I still wanted coverage, I would have to now purchase the Totaltech plan. So, this means that if I get coverage for the new laptop, then in a 6 month span, I will have now basically purchased TWO plans for ONE laptop. This makes the Geek Squad plan worthless and costly, since the manufacturer's warranty would've covered the cost WITHOUT any additional coverage. Hopefully Best Best can make some adjustments to their replacement policy.

Geek squad has always been an excellent help in the past. I haven't needed it on this purchase though.

This laptop is very easy for setup. I love this laptop. I use it for my DJ business

Geek squad has always taken care of any issues I’ve had with my products purchased through them. Would recommend this service on any major purchase.

I always get the Best Buy warranty for expensive purchases. They honor what they say they are going to cover and as a matter of fact there have been quite a few instances that I had my products replaced with a NEW product instead of repairs (easier to replace than repair).

These policies have stood me in good stead with other computers I've bought from Best Buy. I wouldn't leave the store without one.

If you buy something that is valuable you have to get protection so you wont have to worry about breaking it and having to buy a new one at the same price again. This is much needed if you know you will have regrets if your device accidentally breaks.

Haven't had to use it yet and hope I don't have to It's a bit pricey though.

I always get the accidental warranty when it comes to something that is over 500 dollars. Best Buy has replaced many things I have spilled on and various tablets I have broken over the years.

I would recommend purchasing a protection plan when offered. You never know when issues will arise and it does save you money. I purchased the plan for my laptop and it saved me from having to buy another power cord.

Guys where awesome on the geek squad attentive service all in when I needed to do my service on the lap top on general … super duper service!!!
