The promise of being able to take my notebook to my local BestBuy when I have an issue is very attractive. I have not had to use it yet and I hope I never will but, if something does go wrong, knowing that BB has my back is comforting.

Love having the geek squad! Everything I open from Best Buy, is covered by geek squad, they go above & beyond to help in any situation that may arise.

I bought this with my computer and it is great it has an easy set up and will definitely help me if anything happens with my computer

I didn't actually need to use this but I wish I could because I kneeled on my computer and now I can't use my geek squad thing.

So far no problems with the laptop. At least I have Greeks squad just in case

haven't had to use it and hope I never do, but if I do at least I can call upon a geek

Fist visit guy was nice and helpful. Seemed like he cared. 2nd visit they were behind, started helping me then helped 2 other people while I waited on him, keeping in mind I had an appointment. Store was closing, people didn’t seem helpful and felt very rushed. Didn’t feel like I spent my money well buying this service.

It always a good thing to have insurance so the best way to do it is through best buy

Geek squad has always taken care of any issues I’ve had with my products purchased through them. Would recommend this service on any major purchase.

Geek squad protection actually makes life better great associates at BBY

They have your back when you run into accidental damaged. They always try to resolve your issue without playing 100 questions and the staff has great customer service.

Best thing to have if anything goes wrongnyou go to Best Buy and there Geek squad is there to help you with any problem that arises.

I am very excited to have a computer that is protected by Best Buy's excellent service. I am giving it a 4 star rating due to the fact that Amazon offers the same protection but for a considerable amount less. I have not used Amazon, but I'm hoping to have a better turnout at Best Buy since they have a brick and mortar store to easily get to instead of mailing in your computer to Amazon.

Guys where awesome on the geek squad attentive service all in when I needed to do my service on the lap top on general … super duper service!!!

Im very greatful i got the protection warrenty as well. You never know when accidents will happen. It covers malfunction hardware, spills, broken screens, drops and if it gets lost.

If you need them you found them. Quick answer and right away refund or repair
