The Geek Squad transferred the data from my old computer to the new one. This made it easy for me to begin using it.

Not much to say except that the extra $150 or so, is probably worth it on a $1000 laptop. Glad I never had to use it and it gave me a little peace of mind knowing I could replace the laptop.
