Wasted roughly 1 1/2 months of time shipping my laptop back and forth 3 times to their service center, only for them to manage to break it some way new every time, not the geeksquad workers fault domestically at the stores-but rather the people at the kentucky service center... Got my computer refunded but had to waste a whole lot of time and talk to a whole lot of people

Hopefully we don't need the warranty on the laptop, but the cost is well worth the price paid as this laptop was a replacement paid for by a previous Geek Squad warranty.
