When my laptop broke they completely replaced it!!

This will protect my purchase in case of accidental damage.

This insurance is a scam. They sell it by telling you that they can repair your computer in store if it gets broken and if not they will replace it. This is not what they do. My son is a college sophomore and recently cracked the screen on his computer making it inoperable. We made an appointment at a local Best Buy and he took it into the store, The staff was rude including the GM and my son was told that it was not bad enough to replace and that they couldn't fix it in the store. The solution they offered was to send it out to be fixed and he was told he could expect his computer to be gone 7 - 30 days!!! He asked if there was a way to borrow a computer while his device is being repaired and was told absolutely not. I purchased this insurance, against my better judgement, anticipating that something like this might happen and unfortunately my better judgement was correct. Calls to their offices were not productive as the robots that answer the phone there would only regurgitate corporate talking points to me.

Product is as described and perfect for the application.

I love this laptop because it is fast and it is touch screen.

Always good to have when you're not great with tech stuff.

You never know when you are going to need the protection.

I’ve only used this one time over the last 10 years (and 4 lap tops). It’s not worth it if you have an Apple product and purchase Apple Care. The one time I did need it, there was a problem with my 5 month old Asus’ BIOS and I couldn’t fix it myself. It was kind of a hassle to use the service and I still had to pay out of pocket for the fix needed.

You have to get the protection for you electronics

Keeping my devices safe and secure is a real easing feeling.
