Got the three year insurance plan because of my travels and bringing my laptop i didn't want to worry about accidents so hopefully it will be easier having it with me.

Geek Squad is a freaking JOKE! DO NOT spend the money for these *orons. They won't work on the laptop and don't offer any support. You will waste your money. I am now out $3,000 for the laptop that won't work and the support cost that they will not return. HORRIBLE service. Best Buy is HORRIBLE

It is good in case you need help. I didn't need the support so far but I am relaxed. Just in case.

I would not buy a computer with out the protection of the squad

After my laptop messed up. I thought it would be a hassle to get another one. Geek squad tried to fix it and since they couldn’t they replaced it for free. I definitely appreciate and recommend geek squad.

I love my 3 year Geek Squad for all my devices. You never know when you may need it. We have 3 computers, cellphones, and other devices. I highly recommend this to anyone it can really will help anyone in the long run.
