These guys are great!!!! The geek squad is a force!! They tried there absolute best to fix my laptop in a timely manner. And when they couldn’t they were very communicative and sent multiple texts every step of the way to inform me of next steps. Got a replacement because I had there warranty and everything was so smooth and easy. I’m freaking ecstatic that I can play my favorite games again !!!

You can tell this laptop is just made better, my last few were more flimsey and just more creekey with noises when opening and closing the lid, etc. This one is solid and feels well made. I also love the specs! I can play any of my games at best settings and it handles with ease!

Heck yeah I would definitely buy again! You just never know what is going to happen with new electronics! Peace of mind is priceless! Okay well maybe it does have a price! But it’s worth it!

I like geek squad protection. electronics are expensive and this is peace of mind. Plus I think all the techs I have encountered are very knowledgable. I like I can ask questions and they treat me with respect. I have asked for advice on my purchases and they have helped me. They came to y home at no charge and fixed my smart TV. The cost of the extended warranty threw geek squad is well worth the money.

Ive i geek squad on my step daughter hp labtop and never had to use it.

Allow me to preface by stating that I'm disabled, I don't drive, and I don't have a person that can take me to Best Buy. Upon calling Geek Squad, since my new Chromebook has been defective since day one, the representative instructed me that I'd have to come in. I explained to him that I couldn't do that. He then offered to have someone come over for an extra $150 (ballpark). That's about all I have to say about that.

I have used geeksquads insurance on a few of my gaming laptops and more expensive purchases over the years. Some of those had defects or were damaged due to mistakes. Best Buy has ALWAYS either fixed the issue to my satisfaction or replaced the item with a new item. In the few rare cases when the item couldn't be replaced they gave me a gift card worth the original purchase price of my product so that I could buy a replacement of similar quality. All in all I have been very happy with their insurance.

My Surface Pro 3 was dying on me and was old. I took it in for service because my Word and Chrome would not load up. They said it could be a a motherboard or possible hardware problem. I tried several times to see if they could fix it because it kept hanging on me. They suggested I do a data dump and look at getting another computer. I bought it in 2015 and it's now 2020. I loved my Pro but had to purchase a new laptop. My HP Envy x360 is awesome! I bought them both from Best buy and love the products. I will buy my next one from them too. The Geek Squad helped me get Office installed, set up Webroot and worked with me on getting it ready for use all over the phone. I really like my Reps. professionalism, knowledge and patience. That's my I purchased the 2 year protection plan with them. I won't let it go. It's paid for itself many times. Great investment!!!

Hopefully I never have to use the protection but got it just in case
