I should of purchased the 5 year plan instead of 2 years.

Always good to purchase Geek Squad protection, I’ve had it for 11 years and a satisfied customer, wouldn’t buy a laptop without it! Geek Squad employees are excellent!

Geek Squad is a great investment. I haven't needed to use them often, but the two times I did were good experiences.

If you're a student or a professional and you're going to spend a lot on a laptop or any expensive product I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

I haven’t had to use this yet but once my warranty runs out I’ll be happy I choose an extra insurance for my work computer. I’ve previously used their services and they give a quick turn around and great customer service.

I am so very glad that I purchased this Geek Squad Service. I've already had cause to call in for assistance 3 times since I purchased it after buying my new home and moving here to Missouri from Texas about 5 months ago. I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 5 yrs. ago and was then turned over to hospice and not expected to live. All of the Radiation caused nerve damage and I lost most of the use of one hand and part of the other. The Chemo triggered a horrible form of dementia. After being miraculously healed of Cancer and released from Hospice all of the rest really put me behind as I muddled my way out of the dementia. It's been such a long journey, so when I get a bit confused and simply pick up the phone to call for help figuring things out from the Geek Squad it truly has been a life saver for me. Whenever I can buy this plan, especially on Asus laptops, because best buy and asus are partners. And they take care of your equipment and if it not repairable it will make it right and refund the money.

Amazing customer service. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

The one time i used their service i waited 20mins before i was acknowledged and 20mins after before a tech bgan diagnosing my machine. Thry then spent 10mins performing the same tests i described to them in person and when i booked my appointment. Then was told i have to eait 4 weeks since they cant service my machine in person. Wish there was a service center near me. Since they dont have machines they lend out while yours is being repaird, my only option to get to critical work was to purcahse a machine i can use temporarily then return it when i pick up my fixed machine (cant have it shipped home, forced to come into BestBuy)

I have not needed to use this yet but I got it for peace of mind.

Installed on my own and it was very simple satisfied with product.

I am relieved to know if I do something stupid, the Geek Squad is there to help.
