Haven't used it yet but I know it'll come in handy! Customer service at Best buy is always excellent.

Like any insurance, you really only feel like it was worth it if you actually damage your device and need to use it. I have purchased this before for my kids laptop and sure enough one day he dropped it and damaged the charging port in the corner. With the policy, it was completely fixed for free. Without it, I probably would have been out at least a couple hundred bucks. Had he not dropped it, the insurance would have been wasted money. In the long run, it is probably worth it if the device is for a younger person who is more likely to damage it.

Haven't had to use it yet, but will help when issues occur.

Geek squad is my go to anytime there has been an issue with my devices. This service is always worth the money.

It's worth the extra money just in case you accidentally spilled something on it

So far so good. I had to have computer repaired and was done at no cost to me. Also-they sent me a new cord for free.

The agents are fantastic. Really helped me when i needed them most.

We encourage a warranty incase any accidents happen. You never know if you will need it and we are thankful we got this!

I can use a computer, but fixing it is a whole different story. My laptop stopped work. I was very concerned because I homeschool and need to be able to access a lot of information and records. I took it to Geek Squad and they gave me a fairly long "possible" time. It actually took less than 1/2 the time quoted, and it turned out my battery was just completely dead, so it was replaced at no cost! I usually don't buy warranties but I'm super glad I did and that it worked out so well.
