So far after 3 weeks there has been no need for Geek Squad service.

I haven't needed to use it yet, but I have in the past and must say it's amazing! My first computer had some power issues and with this bundle I was able to bring in at no additional charge!

Got my computer back up and running no problem get the protection plan you WILL need it.

We ALWAYS purchase an extended warranty on all of our electronics we purchase at Best Buy. Over the years we have had to use them a couple of times and the Geek Squad has been amazing! Always helpful! I highly recommend!

You can always use more protection dependable and a smart purchase.

Haven't had to use it yet hope she don't . I bought just in case of user error if repairs should be needed I'm sure a best buy will be close to her collage.

I have language problems, there are good customer service employees in Spanish and that helps me a lot. And the technicians from other countries, some are patient when using Google translator, there are others who are not, these are the technicians who are in their country.

Great insurance against accidental breakage. I have been able to get a new computer for a much-reduced price when my computer had unrepairable damage. I was exceedingly please to have this protection. It costs a little more when purchasing the computer, but it proved to be a life-saver when the computer was damaged beyonf repair and I got a new computer almost free.

Love this protection. It gives me peace of mind when using my device on the go

Probably the best purchase I've made from Best Buy. When my last laptop had an issue past the factory warranty date, this insurance plan got me fully reimbursed for the price, which allowed me to buy my new laptop.

This I bought for myself. I'm handicapped and my vision is poor. I tell everyone I'm the most electronically challenged person on earth. I figured it would be in my best interest to get protection in case something goes wrong with my new laptop!!

So I bought a laptop for the first time in a long long time. I bought this to just be on the safe side. But I was recommended to buy because it does come in handy when a repair is needed. Geek squad it self has great employees who try to help out as much as possible.

Haven’t had to use this extended warranty yet but I understand that Best Buy protection products are in another class when it comes to honoring warranties.

I always purchased the warranty for any laptop I purchase. I usually need to use it at least once. This time the touch screen on my computer stopped working and I was able to bring it to Geek Squad and they shipped it off and the screen was replaced free of charge. The downside is that I found it surprising that Geek Squad could not do a screen replacement in the store and would need to ship it off and I would havento wait 5-6 weeks (supposedly due to COVID) to get my laptop back.

The best one year protraction I felt way safer being clumsily either my laptop

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

Great insurance for my new daughter laptop. I hope to not use it anyway.
