What’s not to love about the Geek Squad protection??? I get all of my electronics, TV’s, laptops, monitors, etc., all from Best Buy because of this. They really look out for their customers. And there is no receipt to hold on to and pray it does not fade out before the warranty is up. Add in the option of mounting TV’s, just another plus! Thank you Best Buy!

Great machine. It completely broke the day I bought it. But I got it on an “open box special” for like $300 so I wasn’t mad. The warranty completely fixed the machine and it has worked great since. I got it for my parents. They love it. It is lightning fast. Although they only use it for light browsing and email and printing documents.

Have always had a fantastic job with Geek squad, Super impressed with how knowledgeable they are on basic stuff. Actually pretty impressed on l i'm helpful they've been for more complicated stuff as well. Very impressed with the fact that when they don't know an answer they don't send you away they help you find a solution.

I have never regretted geek squad coverage. My kids break laptops regularly and this is the only plan I would ever get.

Definitely need to have this to my product and would like to buy in the future

So far the folks at Geek Squad have been great. Now I’m about to find out how good the actual warranty is because the refurbished aka Re-BSed computer keeps breaking down and I’ve only had it since late July.

I have always loved geek squad services for several years. This is why I just keep purchasing it there quick in resolving issues. I don’t feel judged when I need something fixed or replaced or repaired. They always do it with helpful advice, and I’ve never had an issue. They haven’t been able to solve.

The reassurance you get for a replacement plan is simply unmatched with Best Buy and their large range of support across America. The competition hardly compares with GeekSquad!

Support is awful. My laptop was not delivered to my apartment and best buy was 0 help. Now I am out $1250 and don’t have a laptop. I was emailed that I’d be refunded then after the fact they say I’m not. Will never buy anything here again.

This is an essential service, if you are a computer hardware person if you are a layman. Get this. If there’s a problem they will fix it or replace it.

Love Geek squad. They have always treated me extremely well. They might not be perfect but overall they’ve been perfect enough for me to forget any small imperfect moments. Nobodies perfect but I feel confident and secure with there services.

I purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and accidental/extendeded waranty because i have purchased 4 or 5 reconditioned laptops in the past few years and was advised to do as I did and I AM STILL GOING TO HAVE TO SEND IN MY BRAND NEW DELL IN TO BE REPAIRED AND BE WITHOUT IT FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS! I am so extremely disapointed that i am dealing with this, considering when i discussed the extra 120 dollars i payed ditectly to best buy only because i was told it would never have to be sent out! I was considering whether to purchase the dell or the geek squad becuase the guy blaitantlg lies to me about multiple aspects of this laptop! The otignial price for this machine is more than my car is worth! Im a midle aged widow single mom taking care of my husbands mom!I am not who has money to buy another laptop because it broke the bank to spend this 600 dollars on the clearance laptop! It was on clearance and open box, and originalt price being over 1100 dollars and came with no charger, which is ridiculous to tell a customer that "its an opeĺn box so if it does not come with one i had to buy one. Furthermore the keys stick from day on and now some keys do not work and it needs to be sent out to be repaired. The geek squad associate that looked at the laptop wjen i brought it to be diagnosed to however, was very nice and seemed to be compident but i am wishing i would have know this beriee any if this because i would have never .

Great service! I had just bought a new device and within a bought a week of use it stopped working. apart from some confusion in communication at one point, the service was great. My computer was returned and was working again with no issues. All the personnel that I interacted with were friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Still working and in good shape. I love it, I recommend you buying this.

The Geek Squad Guys are Awesome. They can fix everything!!! These guys are knowledgeable, patient and communicate with you a level you can understand. I have used them numerous times and each time the service was superb. You can asked them anything and they will respond to your needs of fixing your problem (s). Best Protection you can purchase for 2 years. If you have a computer you will be happy you have the protection for it. Get it and use it!!! Recommend it.

I ordered an open Box EXCELLENT conditions option, however it came with multiple scratches, dent, and even the screen with a noticeable line across the screen. On top of delays receiving this laptop due to ups and poor customer service. I have previously purchased another excellent condition open box and it was like new / I’m pretty sure they grabbed a fair condition used laptop and sent this one. Best Buy is disappointing.
