Whenever I need geek squad they're available.. Set up is easy

Amazing Computer, Powerful , lightweight. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a Chromebook, specially if the end in mind a gift for kids, has a good budget a this is overall a really nice, functional Chromebook to have.

I ended up getting a device replacement for my Razer Blade 15. Geek Squad wasn't able to get parts in and repair my laptop within the 30 day period from when I brought in my device. Because of this, they replaced my unit with a new laptop. It was a very, very frustrating experience during those 30-40 days with customer service, but the warranty is the only thing that allowed me to get a replacement so for that I'll give it four stars. One star taken away for terrible and disorganized customer service.

Recommend purchasing the added protection and access to the Geek Squad expertise.

Love these Chromebooks. Bought them for my grandchildren and they love it. I even use them. I love that it's a Intel Core M3 processor. A great buy, will purchase again. Highly satisfied!

They didn’t want to replace the screen because of it being an older version. I had so many things on there and I’m not even sure anything was backed up. :(

This is peace of mind when purchasing electronica or anything else for children, teens and young adults who are not fully present of mind when using these items. My daughter has this coverage (she’s needed their service) on her laptop and has nothing but highly rated comments for the geek squad so I would be foolish not to add this protection to anything I purchase.

My son had his computer knocked out of his hands at school. The computer screen and case were cracked. The geek squad had it sent to be repaired and it came back good as new quickly.

Actually replaced products I’ve owned through course of owning anything thru years many times best plan ever had they fix or replace no questions asked on the same day if they fill they couldn’t fix it with product of better value at times to very quick to decide if it needed replaced definitely recommend

I’ve never had issue when product had issue… they either replace or fix no problem
