I was unsure as to which laptop I wanted so Team Member Forest (at the Bee Cave location) was super helpful, and patient while helping me figure out which would be best for me. I become overwhelmed when there are a lot of options, and I am not a very tech savvy person, but from start to finish, he made the shopping experience easy and smooth.

We purchased this for my daughter's computer last summer. As Murphy would have it, she spilled water in her keyboard and the computer kept shutting down without warning. After checking it out, Geek Squad replaced the laptop. That sold me on the gamble that something could go wrong and the machine could be seriously damaged.

Purchased for a Sony Receiver. After 6 months, the receiver would go into protect mode after 5 minutes. I dropped of the receiver for service last month. Still waiting for the repair to complete. So for an extra $55 dollars, I am not sure it is worth it as the repair time is probably no quicker than the factory warranty would be.

i am excited to have been able to purchase the geek squad protection as i broke my last item and didnt see the need. I am happy that i was offered the opportunity and was told all the support that i can obtain with my purchase.

Absolutely love the Geek Squad service. We've always used this service with some of the items we've purchased (tv/sound bar install, Arlo camera install and trouble-shooting, laptop trouble-shooting. Well worth the cost. Would always ensure we have Geek Squad protection for some of the more expensive electronics.

Having the Geek Squad 1-year Accidental Protection was the best investment I made. my backpack which was carrying my laptop got wet and it effected my laptop..i took it in for service and because the damage was beyond repair they gave me a gift card with the value of the laptop so I could purchase a new one

I use the Geek Squad for everything. They mounted my TV (without any wires or cables exposed (all in the wall) and connected it to all my devices. I also use them every 3 to 4 months to clean my computer and make sure that it runs to its full capacity. I don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad. I highly recommend this Protection!

I have good experience with Geek Squad in the past. If you buy the complete coverage, including accidental damage, you are in good hands. They don't ask any questions as long as your device is "accidentally" damaged. This is cheaper and better than Dell's support. Except for Apple products, they sell Apple Care due to Apple's terms, I would buy Geek Squad over the manufacturer's.

Best customer service I have had! I had issues with a laptop I purchased and with my warranty plan purchased they were able to get me a new laptop without any struggles! They listened and helped!

I love the geek squad service protection, it is well worth the cost. I have had several items that had to be repaired or replaced and it worked out. The service I have received has been done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

Geek Squad saved my life when my laptop started acting funny and wouldn't turn on. I'm a college student and I NEED a laptop to do my work. They sent my laptop out the same day I dropped it off!

I haven't had to use to use my protection plan yet, however, it seems to be very comprehensive which is always reassuring when you are trying to protect such an expensive product as a laptop. I will say that it is a bit pricey, so this will certainly jack up the price of your product purchase if you are buying the product and protection plan together. Overall though, it is well worth the buy.

If you purchase this plan and have a problem with the product, Geek Squad will make it right. I buy a lot of tech gear, I always purchase the warranty, it's been worth it 1000 times over when I had a problem late in the products life. It's worth the month.
