Make sure you ask questions because we were lied to by the salesperson. The manager did finally agree to replace the broken one but it took several phone calls and hours in the store to make it happen.

Bought my wife a new lap top and there was no way I wasn't going to get a protection plan. This is a must have. There are so many ways to damage a lap top and if you have grandkids running around the house than you already know... I would recommend this to anyone!

I get the extended warranty with every laptop I purchase. As my computer is on the move constantly, damage has occurred, making this has a smart purchase. If my computer needs repair, it gets done or I get a new computer.

Geek squad is legit. They'll take care of your electronics. I brought in a laptop and got an upgrade. I would suggest alwaying backing up your data.
