Not usually a fan of buying store warranties but this is the exception. Had another book that got the screen broken. Found the part online but they were out of stock. Warranty was cheaper and don't have to deal with the hassle of fixing it myself.

Laptop has been very reliable and useful for my needs. Recommend for the folks how don’t need a lot but just enough when it comes to having a laptop.

The protection price is good for what it's worth and I can rest assured knowing I don't need to worry about accidents.

This is an always needed item for any of the laptop purchases that I do since they cover everything including accidental spills.

The BestBuy protection plan isn't what it used to be. I had a computer a long time ago that my kids broke beyond repair and I went to the store and they fulfilled the plan on the spot. This time, my computer was obviously broken beyond repair but I was told it had to be sent to the service center regardless and at my cost of $85. I don't know when this changed but that's ridiculous. It would be 3 weeks before I heard anything back. I had to buy another computer on the spot because I couldn't be without one for that long. In the end they junked the computer, but the experience was not at all pleasant.

Anytime you need anything they are always available, I will forever purchase geek squad with all my electronics

I am so happy to have the geek squad protection. I cant even tell you how many times I have used this. It is beyond worth it to have this you never know what tech issues you may run into that you will be assistance with.

This service is way more affordable than many others. I have not had to use them yet but I’m confident it will be a good experience. I like how there’s an app where all the info I need is maintained. It beats saving receipts.

I haven’t had to use this service yet but I feel comfortable knowing that I have this resource. I am in a Paramedic program online and my computer has to work or I can’t do schoolwork and if I get behind, I get dropped from program, so this is a nice insurance for me.

Needed a warranty just to make sure that my husband will like the product - which he does! Great price and coverage!

Considering that this protection covers damages and such, knowing that my laptop came new in box with a faulty keyboard and they instantly replaced it that day was very nice. Definitely worth the money for the service

I havent really use an accidental geek squad protection, hope I never use it, but it is really difficult to talk to someone, I've spent 1 hour trying to someone to help me, so I hope I never get an accident 'cause they are pretty much difficult to talk.

Product was only good for 1 issue so it didn’t matter that i payed for a 3 yrs plan as i was told i was only able to use it once

I love the extended protection offered by Best Buy. I get it every time I buy a laptop. Every time I've had to use it, Geek Squad has been wonderful and repaired every issue. It's paid for itself!

I actually had my tab button on my laptop break in half and I brought my laptop in and they put on a whole new keyboard. The geek squad team had my laptop back to me in two weeks which was pretty crazy fast with most of that time was shipping my laptop.

They immediately gave me a new computer when mine came with a virus inside of it.
