    They are always available, and have helped me solve any questions or concerns I may have about my laptop. If I'm not helped online, I have the opportunity to speak to a specialist in-store.

    Protection needed for all laptops

    Two year protection is worth buying. If you travel with your laptop you never know when it is going to cause problems. A small biz person has to rely on their laptop. This is the third Surface I have owned.

    Great In-Store Team, But Service Delay Was Frustra

    The in-store reps were amazing and very helpful, but my overall Geek Squad service experience was frustrating. My laptop repair took much longer than expected, and I ended up having to contact corporate to get clear answers and updates. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the store team, but the process itself definitely needs improvement.

    Don't leave home without Geek Squad

    Most of the time I am on the road working. I am degreed in electronic technology. In the old days I use to fix my computer and call it a day. Know that I am away from home most of the time, I don't have the time to troubleshoot a family member's PC if it stops working. Geek squad has more than paid for itself by fixing a start up issue with my son's computer. Thanks Geek Squad!

    Love the geek squad. Have not had to use the accidental /damage protection, but get it anyway just in case. Better safe than sorry, as for the regular stuff that geek squad deals with I call and they can usually fix. I strongly recommend especially if purchasing a very expensive computer/laptop.

    Geek Squad Protection on New Laptop, Peace of Mind

    Replaced less than 3-year old Surface with Lenovo Yoga as the screen was flickering and became strenuous to work. As the warranty ran out on the old, we bought 3-year protection from Geek Squad. I am sure this will be worth it whether or not we need it. In the past, we used the service on iPad key board and Best Buy Geeks made it quite easy to replace the broken ones with new every time.

    First time purchasing this with a laptop, but it definitely paid off. Dropped my laptop around 8 months in and it scratched up the screen and caused chips to the body. With the protection plan they refunded me the full amount of the laptop since apparently the screen wasn't something that was fixable.

    I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and always add the Geek Squad services. They are well worth it and have paid for themselves, over products that I have purchased in the past.

    I ended up getting a device replacement for my Razer Blade 15. Geek Squad wasn't able to get parts in and repair my laptop within the 30 day period from when I brought in my device. Because of this, they replaced my unit with a new laptop. It was a very, very frustrating experience during those 30-40 days with customer service, but the warranty is the only thing that allowed me to get a replacement so for that I'll give it four stars. One star taken away for terrible and disorganized customer service.

    The Geek Squad set up the tv quickly and efficiently. They adequately answered my questions. I have not needed to use this accident coverage so far, but I am glad to know I have it in case I would need it.

    I purchased this 1 yr warranty for a new laptop I bought my 10 yr old daughter. Exactly almost 1 year later the screen is cracked and I just made it in time with the warranty. I send it out and they are fixing now. I might get a free replacement if they are unable to fix it. For this reason I always get some sort of warranty on products usually over $500.

    I have not needed to use this in several years but when I did it was worth the cost upfront. They were able to fix my television with no cost to me. Everything but the outside case was replaced with new parts at no cost to me. Every time I have had to ask them questions they have resolved my issues/concerns in one go.
