Can't say that I've ever had a problem with the Geek Squad before. They're all pretty friendly and knowledgeable and, so long as one has an appointment, one will get waited on in a timely fashion.

I feel I can rest easy cause pretty much anything that could go wrong is covered. I like that feeling. I have had to make use of it yet, but From everything i have read their service is great!

This is very much worth it, because it is likely that your machine will get broken by your niece and then you wont be out of pocket for a new one.

One of the reasons we buy at Best Buy is because of Geek Squad protection. Understanding what it covers based on what you buy is very important. Laptops can be very expensive and accidents do happen, why not protect such a high value purchase. Just like buying a car or home, some type of insurance is important.

Maybe 15 or 20 years ago, I would not have gotten any coverage. However, I'm a believer today. I've used the Geek Squad to help with with Outlook (this is my first time with Outlook, I was used to another software), and connected my printer. The Geek Squad was friendly, knowledgeable, quick to help and solve any issues I had. This is one of the best investment I made when I was at the store.

The geek squad was very polite and professional and made it easy to follow instructions for what I needed. I was having a hard time downloading the antivirus and they gave me step by step how to do it.

Purchcing Geek Squad protection with my new computer was one of the best things I have ever bought! Not only did they help me fix a problem on my new computer but they also got rid of the thousands of viruses on my old computer! The techs were professional, attentive and extremely helpful. I thankfully haven't had to use the Geek Squad for my products as they have held up very well. However, I like the comfort of knowing I can bring my devices to the Geek squad.

There is nothing better than price of mind. Just buy the protection. It's cheaper than any possible repair and covers accidental damage which is a must have for kids tech.

I bought this laptop insurance due to my little sister having to use a computer most of the time for school. I think the Geek Squad insurance might be a little to expensive for a year. The problem is that most of the time, during the first year nothing will happen until after the first year of having a laptop. I also think Geek Squad takes a little bit to much time when making an appointment.

We have boughten enough of the warranties from best buy to know that they are great.

It's a great help especially for someone like me who knows little about technology. A great help for when a laptop or other devices need a bit of technical help to work properly.

Piece of mind!! Priceless! I won’t ever buy another laptop, PC without this service. Haven’t needed to use it but know I’m only a phone call a way and the coverage is to fix it or replace it. Short of throwing it across the room this has it all covered!! Great team of guys and gals that make it happen.
