Apple products aren’t cheap to begin with, and if an accident happens sometimes the cost to repair can be up there with the cost of the item. Paying $40 to protect my Apple product for a year is a win-win

I haven’t had to use Greek squad on the new laptop but we did last year I believe it was last year on our washer. They was able to come out right away and was friendly a was able to fix our washer quickly and explained to us what was going on. I would recommend having geek as a warranty

If you ever have an accident with your electronics and you do not have geek squad you will kick yourself. The price of protection can be a problem after you plunked down a bunch for your device however when/if something happens you will not regret it.

I had a 2year geeksquad protection to insure a tablet I purchased and when I had issues with the tablet after 1yr I took to best buy and they ended up replacing the tablet with the insurance but I figured I'd still have a year of insurance left on the initial 2yrs I purchased but I was wrong. I was told the original insurance was for the original tablet and expired with the replacement so I had to purchase another 1, 2, or 3yrs of geek squad protection if I wanted the replacement tablet insured. So in this case i recommend buying only 1yrs protection and upgrading for another year before each year expires.

What a added piece of assurance and somewhat peace of mind. My husband eats, drink and sleeps on our laptop. Crumbs and other debris is on the desk constantly or until I clean up the area. So this …somewhat adds a little a peace of mind of protection.

This purchase is a bit high, but one of the few that gives you back full value if there is a problem. Only real negative is that if you have an issue, Best Buy will not immediately give you value or replacement. They will want to send it in to their repair center so you are without your device for at least two weeks, sometimes much longer, before you get the value back.

It is great that I really don't have to worry about anything taking my computer anywhere i want to go and if anything happens to it accidentally it is covered which is a huge life saver..... This company is one of the few i always will get the protection plan.

It came with my Total Tech membership, how can I go wrong? Most things still work many years after 2, but if they don't BB makes it easy to swap out for a new one. :D Get a Total Tech membership and see what I mean.

Love that we have this protection just in case!! I always love to have a backup plan and this is so helpful it gives me peace of mind!

All worries were erased when I took my computer in. All of my questions were answered And i felt more confident with my purchase

I worked for best buy and helped the geek squad out. They are awesome and the best at what they do. I made sure to purchase the geek squad protection for my expensive laptop because I feel safe knowing geek squad has got me covered even if my morning coffee doesn't and trys to take out my laptop.

I purchased this protection for my granddaughter's HP Chromebook. I just purchased the Chromebook so haven't had a need to use it yet but it is great knowing they are there to help when/if she needs it.

So far, so good. The one time used, the machine had to be returned to the factory for repair. Guess it is what it is.

Great protection plan. We suggest purchasing coverage for your electronics, so you have peace of mind if anything happens to your item.

They were very kind when i had to send in my laptop when the screen stopped working, but they deemed my laptop irreparable which was strange since it was 2 months old ( i didnt open it til christmas and only used it to submit forms for school, which i havent started yet so its hardly used) and was told it would be processed as a junk out and i would get a trade in. I asked if that meant i would be getting a new laptop to replace that one, They said yes. I get to the store and they return me store credit for the device, not even the full quantity but quite close. But that is not enough to even purchase the exact same device or one i deem of equal quality as I had purchased my device on cyber monday to save some money and now i ultimately have to spend more anyway.
