Don't think about it...just get it. You may not need it. Hope you don't, But if you do... Plus, Best Buy will give you your original purchase price as credit towards something else if you change your mind a couple months down the road. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Always purchase Geek Squad service, I don't take chances on "just in case".

Bought my wife a new lap top and there was no way I wasn't going to get a protection plan. This is a must have. There are so many ways to damage a lap top and if you have grandkids running around the house than you already know... I would recommend this to anyone!

I have been exceedingly happy with Geek Squad ever since I discovered them in 2018. Their support has been invaluable in allowing me to run my small business economically with great tech support.

Always get the Geek Squad but use it!! Read up on it and know how it works because they will try and ignore their own rules. A must have for expensive purchases.

Bought this for my son who is in middle school. Very fast startup, easy to use and large sized comfortable keyboard. Touch screen is very responsive. Very durable.

The word geek is in the title so everything about it is going to be amazing every single time a submit a claim it's handled promptly and efficiently worth every dollar.

I get my 3 units checked twice a year and the only additional cost is my time and gas money. They check it out in store and clean the drives for me. great value. Usually they are on schedule which is a great benefit when you have to travel 40 miles each way.

As I always do when I make a purchase I purchased Geek Squad service on my new computer. The Geeks have never let me down. At my Best Buy my Geek has been Vu. The young man is great, great and more great. A beautiful personality and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Thank you Vu.

I think the guys at Geek Squad have great service. I just bought a new laptop and i got the protection because i had protection on my other computer and everytime i had a problem they fixed it and were very helpful.

So glad I chose geek squad protection. It really came in handy after about 9 months. Laptop was having issues and geek squad is so easy to deal with. They handled all my issues quickly and got our computer working again quickly. I would recommend it for sure.

They were so helpful when i made a mistake loading something in my phone instead of computer. They took the time to explain what i did and made me feel that it was ok everyone makes mistakes. These guys really know what they are doing.

This service is way more affordable than many others. I have not had to use them yet but I’m confident it will be a good experience. I like how there’s an app where all the info I need is maintained. It beats saving receipts.

I purchased this protection because I'm always using my laptop in my bed or I let someone borrow it. I have to make sure this was covered because things happen and some people are clumsy. I haven't use the protection as of yet. Also this protection is good for other electronic products in your home, just read the brochure.
