Every time I do it, It feels like a huge investment to buy Geek Squad service. But since I use my devices until they become unusable, it's been worth it. This is now at least laptop #4 with a service plan, and I haven't regretted it yet! Especially since it covers more than just this 1 computer. I've been able to cover other devices as well! I am sure it's more than paid for itself over time.

Great service. Pay for this peace of mind, you won't regret it if you live near a Best Buy. They were unable to help me in store but their shipping service received my laptop within a week and was able to resolve my issue within another week. ***Might be different if they had to wait for any parts.

The primary benefit of having a one-year assurance plan for my laptop has been the peace of mind it provides. Always invest in the Geek Squad Protection. Things do happen, periodically that are beyond our control. I bought this protection on a laptop that my teenage daughter uses... and it has paid for itself. The Geek Squad folks are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and do their best to help.

Geek Squad is awesome and really helped me out after I dropped my laptop and it needed a repair. The service agent was so great and helped me with no issue. My laptop was repaired and returned to me in no time. I am so glad that I paid for this service. No regrets at all!

Absolutely worth purchasing the extended warranty. I have had my laptop for about two months, and my cat accidently jumped onto the screen, cracking it. Took it in to get it fixed and replaced within a week and a half. Great turnaround time and they kept me informed the entire time from shipping out, waiting for new screen, and shipping it back to the store for pickup.
