Good deal, it can really save you in the long run if you are particularly uncareful at times.

Broke the touch screen when I dropped the computer, fixed it, no questions asked. Took about 2 weeks to send it out and get it back.

Have not used yet but received very quickly through email as soon as my purchase was shipped but I heard good things about geek squad warrantees so hopefully there are as good as I was told

Had to use the 1 yr protection twice in the first couple months of buying the Lenovo laptop. Damage was documented as “dropped” but it was not. I was sitting in the room as the laptop was closed after use and cracked. Now the 1 yr protection is exceeded, even if the same issue occurs rather than charge the manufacturer for a defective item. Technicians were always polite. Service messages were timely.

They fixed my broken laptop without any service fee or any sort of charge since I had the warranty!

I bought the extended warranty for peace of mind to cover my computer

The tech agent put all of my apps on my laptop. Whenever I run into a problem, I bring my laptop to the Geek Squad and they resolve the problem within minutes.

Thankfully my Wife has not needed the Geek squad for any issues on her Chromebook, but the extended warranty is well worth the price.

All I am going to say since I have not had any issues thus far with my Indigo HP laptop is that insurance matters.
