Got this for my teenage son, so it was mandatory that we get the protection plan.

They are always 24/7 available and they always try to help you with any concerns

I buy form Best Buy not for products buy for geek squad . You will not get this coverage any where else in USA . Laptops mobile etc you can get anywhere but not geek squad .excellent tram and product insured

Great to have for any unforseen incidents. I havent't personally had to use it yet but I know people who have and I've heard nothing but positive feedback about it.

This plan saved me over $1000 because my dog nocked it of the table the geeks where so kind and i expect to get it back soon really grateful for quality service as promised

Luckily I have not had to utilize the 1 year Geek Squad protection yet but I have known others to use it in the past and it’s a must when buying electronics, I feel anyway!

[Employee of bestbuy] It's a good cheap screen to scroll on the interwebs. Can't run games really and a little slow, but basic use is totally fine.

Protection is too expensive but if something happens its good to have. We have a lot of devices and it could become costly for our family. For families who have three or more devices should be offered a reasonable family protection plan.

Spilled apple juice on my laptop and I got the battery and keyboard replaced with no extra charge. Repair time was only 2 weeks!

I experienced a problem downloading the security software. I called the help line number and I was scheduled a in store appointment. The tech corrected my problem and help me complete the process. I am very satisfied with the service.

Got this protection and good thing since coffee was spilled on it and quit working. Replaced it with another laptop but I did pick a different brand due to availability at the time.

Insurance.. need it so you don't go broke with repairs, but always unsatisfying and a hassle to use, and adds significantly to the cost of any purchase.

Have not had to use the protection yet. It is a decent price and easy to set up.

The extended warranty is a Best Buy are the best if something happens you’re bringing in any issue you a brand new one no questions asked I purchased this on all my products

Ive had quite a bit of problems with buying the open box computers at BB. However, BB has been exceptional in taking the problem computers back with full credit. So A+.

I realize in Vegas you never buy insurance while playing blackjack. Purchasing the head to toes insurance on an electronic device is VERY smart!

This service is absolutely worth the money. The techs are polite and professional. They resolved my issues with my laptops. I highly recommend this service!
