A very wise choice. As a student accidents do happen and you need to have a plan that takes care of out-of-pocket costs. Protection plans have helped me in the past when I had to replace my battery.

I had to bring my daughter's laptop in to get checked out because it kept shutting off on her. The guys at my store checked it out found out that it needed to be sent out to have the battery fixed. It was still under warranty and it saved me quite a bit of money.. well worth the extra warranty.

I truly think investing in geek squad is definitely worth it, especially is you have a lot of electronics like myself. In the past few years I have purchased a laptop, 4K TV, kindle, new Samsung phone, google nest cameras and they cover it all!

I refuse to buy computers or have computers I am responsible for maintained by any other place. Chesapeake Square Geek Squad is an AWESOME group of people. I've purchased and used this plan for a laptop years ago. It got me a new harddrive that was replaced in 1 day at no cost to me. I also appreciate that the rep didn't make any attempts to render my claim invalid like most companies do.

I always buy the Geek squad service with my electronics and I'm so glad I do. My laptop's battery clasp broke and they replaced it. The agents were wonderful. They helped set up the replacement. All this was done within an hour.

On expensive purchases, I always supplement my manufacturer's warranty with a best buy one. They are great to have and hopefully be something you never need.

The agents set up my computers for my business. My previous computer stopped working and they were able to set up my system. Great attention to detail. Great experience working with them. They also provided in office asssitance for any computer issues.
