I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

I honestly haven't had to use it yet, but believe me I will.

I purchased this protection plan based on the reviews I read on the laptop I recently purchased. I only gave 4 stars because I like the idea of what they’re selling & the protection but, I haven’t had to use it yet. If there’s ever an issue, I’ll be certain to share my experience.

Bought a gaming laptop and I dj so I was worried about damage. This covers accidents and faulty hardware so if you get an open box with less warranty this is a great way to protect your investment!

Its money well spent. I have had the need for GeekSquad to bail me out more time than I can count.

It is very wise to buy a extended coverage for your electronics that you purchased. It covers quite a bit and if you need to use it you have the electronic covered.

Always purchase extended warranty. If you ever need it , it pays for itself. Great Geek Squad.

geek squad came in and helped us set everything up and connect everything just how I wanted! Very polite too

screen went blank, took it in for repair and they took care of it and fixed it like new. pleasant, helpful, friendly, great experience

Only needed it for the one year since my computer and printer stays in one place only, so didn't have to worry about anything happening.

My new laptop was crashing alot and they told me it was a lemon and they didn't doubt me or even check out my laptop. They just gave me a new one. It took a few minutes.

This saved me when my daughter broke her computer screen. It takes all the worry out of her taking her computer to school. And, if I have something that goes wrong with mine, I don't worry about taking it in.

I have always bought this coverage plan...I have never used it before BUT last month I had to use it...The best and easiest coverage plan to use and have.. as simple as 1-2-3. File a claim, wait, pick up. ,
