The Geek Squad protection is the best product insurance I’ve heard of. I was very hesitant to buy a $1,000 laptop before I knew about this. Awesome deal and awesome coverage.

The Geek squad downloaded my software for my new computer quickly and perfectly. Unfortunately they are unavailable now due to virus, I'm hoping they extend my annual membership!

We haven't had to use this protection plan yet, but just knowing that we have it puts us at ease knowing that if anything happens to our device, it'll either be repaired or replaced. Well worth the minimal cost.

The Geek Squad actually helps. These professionals are trained. I like how they ease my worries and explain what the issue is and how it’ll be fixed.

Wierd experience after use, I was contacted because of some sort ofmix=up. Not sure what happened in that case. Otherwise, the turnaround time could be shorter regarding replacement. It interferred with university courses.

It gives me comfort to know if anything happens I am covered. Living with teenagers and little kids it gets crazy. It’s good to know geek squad has my back!
