The computer has its one year warranty but we bought this extended one in case our grandson dropped it

I always purchase the protection plans incase anything happens If you ever need to use it Bestbuy always honors there protection plans

You never wanna buy some of that or warranty because if so, you pay more overtime

no reason not to get this if you are buying a laptop, accidents happen. good service and chances are you have a local best buy, better than an online service that you might have to send your computer out

So far Geek Squad has great service. I do prefer to go in the store to talk to a Geek Squad personal, not over the phone.

This protection plan is always a good idea for computers, and easy to use. I've never had issues with getting problems fixed.

I love gets squat protection. I would never buy anything without putting Geek Squad protection on it. Getting it fixed or a place is easy. Great job Best Buy!

I haven't had to use it yet, but it's good to know I have it for when I do. I like the convenience of having things fixed locally instead of shipping them out.
